Q: How Can I check if a product is in stock?

Q: Where can I find pricing?

A: We do not advertise our pricing on line. For all pricing please contact us here or phone New Zealand

Q: How much is delivery?

A: This depends on where the product is being sent to, and how large it is. A general price within New Zealand is:

  • North Island $11 – $30
  • South Island $22 – $40

Overseas Customers – Prices are available when we quote to send the product. Our preferred method of sending equipment is via NZ Post.

NB: PLEASE NOTE – Some products are not available on the NZ Post Service as there is a size restriction.

Q: What are the delivery times?

A: Delivery is normally by courier or NZ Post. Depending on stock levels, delivery is usually 3-7 days from date of order received, direct to your door.

 

Q: How do I pay for my order/hire?

A: For New Zealand customers payment can either be Cash, Cheque or Internet Banking. Eftpos facilities available at our factory.

Overseas Customers – Telegraphic Transfer between your bank and ours, details given on ordering.

Q: What are the warranty terms on equipment?

A: All products manufactured by Tubular Equipment Ltd carry a 12 month warranty on material and workmanship.

 

Q: The product I am looking at isn’t quite the right size, height or width. Can it be modified?

A: Tubular Equipment will manufacture equipment to suit any special requirements, modification of some products can be undertaken.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

A: Our showroom is located in Brook Street Tauranga. See map for our location on the contacts page here.

 

Q: Can I trial equipment?

A: Yes, but we only let out trial equipment to hospitals/therapists/rest homes for a period of 10 days.

 

Q: How do I hire equipment?

A: Tubular Equipment has a range of equipment available for HIRE within the Tauranga/Bay of Plenty region.

Q: Do I need to reserve hire equipment?

A: We recommend you do, as some equipment, especially our Tubular Knee Scooter and Orthopaedic Chairs, are very popular.

Q: Is there a holding fee for any equipment?

A: Yes, for all our equipment, including our very popular Tubular Knee Scooter, a deposit of $20 is required. This will come off the hire total.

Q: Where do I pick up hire equipment?

A: Pick up is from our factory in Brook Street Tauranga. Deliveries are available – charge applies.

 

Q: How do I return hire equipment?

A: Returns are to be delivered to our factory in Brook Street, Tauranga. If hire equipment is out of the Tauranga area, please contact us to arrange freight forward courier pick up. Extra charges will apply.

 

Q:  Will I get a refund if my hire is returned early?

A: Yes – depending on how close to the end of the hire you are.
